Introducing our Presso X "Travel espresso maker"

We are proud to introduce the Presso X, the successor to our 'PortoPresso'.

But what are the improvements and what is different?

A better question would actually be: "What hasn't been improved?".

Let's start with the appearance of the Presso X.

The 4 dots on the front of the Presso X stand for the battery percentage, and then you can quickly ask "what do I need a battery percentage for, with a coffee maker?". And that quickly brings us to the most important upgrade of the Presso X compared to the PortoPresso (our other portable coffee machine).

What makes this Presso X so special?

The Presso X is the only coffeemaker that has a battery, and can also keep a small size. Coffee makers already exist in the form of suitcases, which are often used by builders in the construction industry. But let's be honest, who always wants to carry such a large case with them? We certainly don't. And that's why we invented the first compact battery coffee maker!

A coffee maker that you can really take with you to any location. Whether you're camping on the highest mountain or simply taking a road trip, no location is crazy enough for the Presso X! Speaking of road-trips, it was also possible to make a cup of coffee in the car with the PortoPresso. However, it could happen that a coffee stain appeared on your beautiful upholstery! And we all know, nothing is worse than dirty stains on your car upholstery! Because you are not connected to a cable with the Presso X, it is easy to make a cup of coffee next to the car.

Measurements

As most coffee lovers among us know, it is very important to apply the perfect water/coffee ratio. With the PortoPresso (the previous model) this was still difficult to measure, a wild guess let's say! With the Presso X, however, there is a perfect ruler on the side of the transparent water tank. And all that so you can drink the perfect cup of espresso at the top of that high mountain (or wherever you want of course).

Not convinced?

Not yet convinced that the Presso X is the best invention in the coffee world of the year? Then read this! There are lovers of ground coffee, but there are also plenty of lovers of Nespresso capsules (and b brands). Can't we just have both in one machine? Of course we can! The Presso X comes with an interchangeable adapter so you can make a cup of coffee with any kind of coffee!

The Specifications

And we also hear the retailers among us, listing the most important specifications for them. The Presso X weighs about 800 grams, making it extremely light for a coffee machine. With the Presso X you can make up to 4-5 cups of coffee on a full battery (depending on the age of the machine, and the temperature of the water). Charging is done via a USB cable, so it's easy to charge anywhere. The dimensions are about 22 cm x 6 cm, so it fits easily in that small backpack! The warm up time is about 4 minutes, and to make this as short as possible I have a tip. If you turn on the Presso X about 3 minutes before you actually start drinking coffee, and voilà, a cup of coffee without having to wait long!
