Are the batteries removable and/or changeable?
yes they are, but they can only be charged when put in the machine.
How long should my battery take to charge?
It takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge a battery.
Why is my coffee weak?
There is a securement ring which should be twisted on when you make coffee with coffee capsules and twisted off when using ground coffee. See our youtube tutorial for more clarity.
Can i order an extra battery?
Yes this is possible. Currently it is not possible to purchase this through website, please fill out the form for a request.
I have a broken part, what should i do?
Currently we don't sell individual parts through our website yes, please keep on filling out the form. We will offer a free replacement part.
What is the warranty policy for your products?
Your Presso One comes with a two year limited warranty.
How do i return my product?
You can return your product to our address and letting us know with a short mail to info@caffe2go.com or you can contact us for a free returnlabel within 2 weeks after receiving the machine (you are only eligable for a free label, if the product has some defect).
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping so anyone can enjoy a hot cup of coffee anytime, anywhere.
Are there any shipping costs?
Currently we only charge the UK 10 Euro.
Where are the products sent from?
If your order was placed from within the US then it will be sent from Ohio, if the order was placed outside the US, it will be shipped from the Netherlands.
What shipping service will be used for my shipment?
USA: DHL Europe: Deutsche Post Netherlands: DPD
What are the delivery times?
These are estimated times, real delivery times may differ. USA: 2-5 working days Europe: 3-10 working days Netherlands: 1-3 working days

You can download your invoice at your order confirmation page. This is the first automatic mail we sent you when you placed an order. Navigate to the bottom and press the button "Download PDF Invoice"
