It can sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 noon, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page is an indication of the delivery time. Should we for any reason not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

Delivery is made via the letter carrier or parcel deliverer of UPS or PostNL. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does happen from time to time that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that gives you a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any defect of conformity that comes to light within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable time is at least two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in a timely manner, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
We do not ship replacement parts or replacement devices outside Europe and USA.
It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing email@example.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
