You can return your items within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds (if any)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement product.
If approved, your return will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
We would appreciate it if you would also send an email to email@example.com if you wish to exchange or return, so that we are already informed.
Right of withdrawal / Reflection period
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take a while for your refund to be officially transferred.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
